Since most liquid mold release agents are acidic, the following questions should be noted in the application:

1. The color change will be caused when using the acid sensitive pigment;

2. When using alkaline fillers, such as calcium carbonate, the acid deformable agent will respond to it and cause the viscosity of the mixture to increase, but it will not affect the ejection effect.

3. If the filler is aluminum hydroxide, the acid deformable agent will not only increase the viscosity of the mixture, but also release moisture during the solidification process of the mixture, causing problems such as bubbles and cracks.

In general, the initial amount of the internal stripper is 1% of the resin content, and the effective addition range is based on the resin weight of 0.75-2%. Adjustments should be made according to the practice.

1. Thin wall of simple profile, dosage can be less, for example 0.8% or less.

2. Thick-walled or complex profile needs more.

3. In the high packing system, the addition quantity of the mould should be improved, but too much addition of internal mold can delay curing.

4. In the squeeze consumption, if the resistance is too large and can't find the cause, then the demand should be increased appropriately. In the application, attention should be given to the addition of the subsection, which should be mixed in the resin system and the average of the internal deformable agent prior to the mixing of curing agent, packing and other resin additives. This will enable the best removal effect.
